Training that is not documented is training that did not happen, as far as anybody looking at your operation is concerned.
Being shown once is not training
On most floors an operator learns the machine from whoever happened to be standing next to it. That teaches the habits of one person, good and bad, and it leaves nothing behind that anybody can point to later.

Yes. Our classes provide certification, so every operator who completes one finishes with a record of the training rather than a verbal assurance.

Our classes adhere to OSHA guidelines. That is the point of running them properly rather than handing somebody the keys and hoping.
Which equipment do you train on?

Do you service the equipment as well?
We do, and it is the reason the training exists. Material handling, loading docks, overhead dock doors, commercial doors and battery and charger repair all run from the same building.
