What we keep running

Equipment we service

Our core specialty is forklift service. Our customers asked for a more complete and comprehensive offering, so we listened, and we have since mastered dock and door preventative maintenance and repairs, as well as industrial battery and charger repair.

Forklifts

Sit down, stand up, three wheel and four wheel electric lifts, plus cushion and pneumatic tire units.

Pallet jacks

Electric walkie and walkie rider jacks, straddle stackers and counterbalanced stackers.

Scissor lifts

Vertical lift platforms kept inspected, maintained and repaired so overhead work never waits.

Stock pickers

Order picking lifts and narrow aisle reach trucks, the machines your pick rate depends on.

Wrap machines

Stretch wrap equipment serviced and repaired, so pallets leave the dock secure.

Attachments

Forks, clamps, rotators and side shifters inspected, repaired and replaced.

Pallet racking

Repair, replacement and reconfiguration, including damage from everyday lift traffic.

For high volume sites

In house service contracts

A technician of ours, embedded on your site, for a fixed annual rate.

The problem

Service call charges add up

Many of our larger clients found that their annual maintenance costs were driven upwards by unnecessary, expensive and redundant service call charges. In the past they may have called a national service provider out to their site five, or possibly ten times each week. That is a lot of money each year.

The solution

A technician on site at a fixed rate

We provide a custom consultation and an annual contract that meets the site's needs and eliminates daily and weekly service call charges. A qualified service technician, or a team of technicians, is embedded on site for a fixed rate.

That technician works daily to maintain equipment through preventative maintenance, as well as to continually diagnose and repair lifts on demand.

  • No hidden fees, and no repetitive service call charges
  • We are responsible for our team member performance and for their continuing technical training and education
  • You are relieved of the employment liability and turnover risk that in house maintenance usually carries
  • One fixed rate you can budget against for the whole year
Answers before you call

Common questions

Do you offer emergency repair service?

Yes. We are prepared to respond to your service needs around the clock. Whether you need a planned preventative maintenance program or emergency repair service for a critical piece of equipment, help is just a phone call away.

What does a preventative maintenance program cover?

It targets specific problem areas and remedies mechanical issues before they cause costly downtime and expensive repair bills. It is how we help reduce maintenance costs year over year rather than watching them climb.

Do you only service forklifts?

Forklift service is our core specialty. Our customers asked for a more complete and comprehensive offering, so we listened, and we have since mastered dock and door preventative maintenance and repairs, as well as industrial battery and charger repair.

Can you put a technician on our site full time?

Yes, through an in house service contract. We embed a qualified technician, or a team of technicians, on site for a fixed rate, which eliminates daily and weekly service call charges and removes the employment liability and turnover risk from you.

Do you sell parts as well as service equipment?

We do, but we do not just sell parts. Our highly trained technicians will decisively assess your equipment repair needs and provide you with a solution rather than handing you a component and leaving.

Where do you travel for service?

We serve all of Colorado, Southern Wyoming, and Northern New Mexico, from our facility at 5850 Dahlia Street in Commerce City.
