We do not throw parts at problems
Our techs are trained to efficiently target, diagnose and resolve equipment issues, which is a different job from replacing components until the symptom stops.
Parts are not a diagnosis
Swapping the obvious component is the fastest way to look busy and the slowest way to fix a lift. The symptom goes quiet, the invoice arrives, and the same fault comes back a fortnight later with the machine down again.
Target then diagnose then resolve
Our technicians are trained to efficiently target, diagnose and resolve equipment issues, so the part that goes on the machine is the part the machine actually needed.

Do you supply the parts as well?
Yes, and that is what a one stop solution means here. We do not just throw parts at problems though. Our technicians are trained to target, diagnose and resolve the issue, so the part that goes on is the part the lift needed.
Is forklift service all you do?
It is our core specialty. Loading docks, overhead dock doors, commercial doors, battery and charger repair and operator training all run from the same building and the same phone number.
What does maximum uptime mean here?
It means the job is measured by how long the lift keeps running afterwards, not by how fast the van left. A fault that is properly resolved does not come back the following week.
