Three things we put first

Our highest priority

Our highest priority is to ensure rapid response, a one stop solution, and maximum equipment uptime. Forklift service is our core specialty, and this is what we hold it to.

Rapid response

A lift that is down is already costing you, so the clock starts when you call rather than when it suits a schedule.

One stop solution

One call covers the diagnosis, the parts and the technician, so you are not coordinating three suppliers around one machine.

Maximum uptime

Maximum equipment uptime is the point of all of it. A lift that keeps running is worth more than a lift that is quickly repaired.

Colorado, Southern Wyoming and Northern New Mexico

Tell us what is down

Give us the make, the model and what the lift is doing. A technician will come back to you, and you will not find a better level of service anywhere.

Six families, one phone number

Forklifts we service

Sit down, stand up, three wheel and four wheel electric lifts, plus cushion and pneumatic tire units.

Sit down riders

The counterbalanced lift most floors are built around, kept in service rather than kept waiting for a part.

Stand up riders

Stand up units that live in the aisles all shift, where wear shows up first in the controls and the brakes.

Three wheel

Three wheel electric lifts, bought for the turning circle and serviced for the same reason.

Four wheel

Four wheel electric lifts, the workhorse of the fleet and usually the one you can least afford to lose.

Cushion tire

Cushion tire units for smooth indoor floors, where a worn tire quietly becomes a mast problem.

Pneumatic tire

Pneumatic tire units for the yard and the rough ground between buildings.

How our technicians work

We do not throw parts at problems

Our techs are trained to efficiently target, diagnose and resolve equipment issues, which is a different job from replacing components until the symptom stops.

The problem

Parts are not a diagnosis

Swapping the obvious component is the fastest way to look busy and the slowest way to fix a lift. The symptom goes quiet, the invoice arrives, and the same fault comes back a fortnight later with the machine down again.

The solution

Target then diagnose then resolve

Our technicians are trained to efficiently target, diagnose and resolve equipment issues, so the part that goes on the machine is the part the machine actually needed.

That is what makes rapid response worth having. Getting there quickly only counts if the lift is still running next week.

  • Rapid response when a lift goes down
  • A one stop solution rather than a queue of suppliers
  • Maximum equipment uptime as the measure of the job
  • All of Colorado, Southern Wyoming and Northern New Mexico, from our facility at 5850 Dahlia Street in Commerce City
Answers before you call

Common questions

How quickly do you respond?

Rapid response is our highest priority, alongside a one stop solution and maximum equipment uptime. Call it in and tell us what the lift is doing.

Which forklifts do you service?

Sit down, stand up, three wheel and four wheel electric lifts, plus cushion and pneumatic tire units.

Do you supply the parts as well?

Yes, and that is what a one stop solution means here. We do not just throw parts at problems though. Our technicians are trained to target, diagnose and resolve the issue, so the part that goes on is the part the lift needed.

Is forklift service all you do?

It is our core specialty. Loading docks, overhead dock doors, commercial doors, battery and charger repair and operator training all run from the same building and the same phone number.

What does maximum uptime mean here?

It means the job is measured by how long the lift keeps running afterwards, not by how fast the van left. A fault that is properly resolved does not come back the following week.

Where do you travel for service?

We serve all of Colorado, Southern Wyoming, and Northern New Mexico, from our facility at 5850 Dahlia Street in Commerce City.
